Warranty Info

All our products have a one-year warranty against any defect in manufacture. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from shipment, which is the responsibility of the carrier. It does not apply to any damage of defects that require replacement as a result of wear from high usage by the customer.

The warranty will activate from the date of the machine sale.

“Wear items” which are defined as parts which deteriorate over time as the machine is used are not covered by our warranty. ”Wear items” are inexpensive parts like the rubber feed rollers and drive belts.

In the event of any warranty claim, the product should be returned to us. All shipping costs associated with the return of the product to Magner are the responsibility of the customer unless discussed beforehand with our warranty department. Claims will be processed and further instructions will be given on the return, or replacement of the item. A warranty RA number must be received from Magner before returning any item.

THE ABOVE GUARANTEE IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF MAGNER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. MAGNER’S SOLE LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH DEFECT IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS, AND MAGNER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
